Supervised sales department comprised of four wholesalers for life insurance brokerage business, which generated, at the time, $6,000,000 of target/annual premium. *Responsible for direct handling of Innovative’s top brokers, who represented 60% of the company’s total premium. * Designed and implemented ongoing marketing campaigns focusing on Innovative’s successful impaired risk marketplace to Top of the table and Court of the Table producers nationwide. * Developed and maintained monthly sales summary to track and monitor performance of sales staff. Provided report to President for review and consultation.
