Lead network representative for over 30 contracted hospitals, 500 ancillary and 4000 PCP’s and Specialists participating in a Medicare Advantage health plan service line. Responsible for the contracting and negotiation of assigned non-participating facility, ancillary, and physicians as assigned by network leadership. Lead network representative for over 30 contracted hospitals, 500 ancillary and 4000 PCP’s and Specialists participating in a Medicare Advantage health plan service line. Provider Relations/Claims Management/Credentialing. Responsible for financial management of IPA per financial goals of market and plan to meet actuarial IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported Losses). Market lead for Delegated Credentialing, STARS and HEDIS initiatives.
