Provides designs, delivery, and performance improvement solutions to purchasers, providers, and administrators of employee programs. Defines, develops, and aligns benefits designs to meet market segment needs. Conducts market research and analysis to define market trends and consistencies in health care programs. Assesses new business strategies, objectives, and/or requirements and develops recommended processes and polices. Provides support to all lines of organization’s business in analyzing and categorizing market trends and benefits available to clients. Utilizes technical knowledge of retirement, health care, compensation, communications, and tax, as well as knowledge of public health, health care administration, public administration, business administration, and/or professional management or consultative experience in a health care program.
