Lead attorney required to efficiently manage cases from start to finish. Necessary to thoroughly interview clients/witnesses and exhaustively investigate facts and law. Develop legal strategies and present effective and persuasive oral and written arguments. Appropriately budget the financial aspects of individual cases so that the best interests of the client and firm are served. Assist partners with research and writing. Screen all prospective clients prior to possible representation by the Firm.
