Responsible for CS procedures, policies, Technical Response Call Center, CAM software group, sales support, training and logistics. Responsible for launch of all new service campaigns and the ongoing profitability of the products and services. Responsible for Vendor agreements and negotiations of service agreements. Responsible for over all customer satisfaction in the subsidiary.
