Daily Duties at Equus Computer:
Hired to Conduct an in depth review of the service organization for the company. I was tasked with developing a current status review and supplying a go forward plan for the entire Service department. Evaluated and reorganized the project management group, help desk and field support organizations. Devised new parts support plan and developed new pricing strategies.
