Daily Duties at Sovran:

Responsible for the delivery operation of the Managed IT service department. Areas of responsibility include I.T. Help Desk level 1 & 2 support, System Administrators and field service Techs. Responsible for the design, pricing and project management of IT upgrades and changes for accounts.. Accountable for department P&L, customer retention, SLA compliance and department strategy. Focus on server utilization, virtualization, cloud services, OS configuration and updates, Back-up and Disaster recovery utilizing best in practice solutions.
