Daily Duties at Towbin Fiat Of Las Vegas:
As a Product Specialist it is my responsibility to sell the Fiat from first point of contact, demonstration, credit check, negotiating the terms of the sale, closing the sale, communicating with Finance to ensure smooth transition from agreement to actual signing of the contracts, Delivery of the vehicle, as well as maintaining a lifelong relationship with each customer to ensure top customer service. I am also responsible for follow up with referalls, internet leads, and unsold customers to create a pipeline of future business. I have a solid background in CRM software maintaining all records, follow up and course of action. I proved myself very early on as a masterful closer so I also have been given the responsibility of Floor Manager meaning I greet fellow Product Specialists customers to ensure quality customer service and understanding of what the customer needs. I am the Facebook and Social Media Administrator so that all pictures, events, promotions, and highlights are communicated to our present and future customer across all Internet Mediums.
