Daily Duties at Progressive Insurance:
* Investigated coverage and liability by obtaining statements from all parties & interpreting policy language and police reports * Inspected vehicle damage and processed a corresponding estimate * Remained accountable to achieve contact with customers within 2 hours of report of the claim * Reported for inspection of vehicles within 9 hours of report of the claim where possible * Successfully offered our network repair program to customers as it was the best level of customer service with a guarantee of repairs
