Daily Duties at Progressive Insurance:
* Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 medical representatives to ensure quality outcomes and a superior customer experience * Compose and deliver coaching documents and feedback * Evaluate department-wide performance in team reviews and quality assurance reviews * Maintain accountability for team performance and an inventory of between 1200-1500 claim features *Facilitated the company’s transition of medical management away from an outside vendor and the transition into an updated billing system * Provide training to new employees assigned to my team by completing sit-alongs, coaching sessions, and open file audits * Create plans for division of tasks for employees on vacation to ensure a stress-free time-off * Encourage roundtable activities to further develop adjusters in medical management decision-making * Complete targeted reviews of employee's areas of opportunities to determine measure improvement and formulate action plans
