Daily Duties at Kensington Technology Group:
As a member of the management team had full responsibility for the strategic planning, development, management and growth of all staff in support of achieving the Company goals. Plans included organization development, restructuring, culture assessment, solutions to current business challenges and obstacles to growth, engagement and alignment of staff and priorities to new business environment. Directed and led all human resources activity for a group of 170. Direct reports were three (3) human resources and four (4) facilities team members with offices in San Mateo, Canada and Asia. Recruitment, talent development, organization development, strategic and tactical. $700,00 annual budget
