Daily Duties at Hss, Inc.:

Assist director, staff, and managers in operational and functional human resources processes by balancing compliance of company policies and procedures with local, state, and federal laws; Track, review, and process employee performance evaluations, personnel actions, leave request, organizational and personnel files, weekly turnover reports; Responded to unemployment claims via scheduled hearings; Assist employees with benefits selection and/or renewal; Filed first report of injury for work injuries coordinated through corporate Workers Compensation Administrator for claims administration; Manage total rewards program ensuring requested approval, issue, and formal presentation of award (monetary and none monetary); conduct training and development;
