Construction Planner and Progress Lead for a $500M, 155,000 SF Biotech Fractionation Facility in Clayton, NC. Planning: Responsible for assisting in development & maintenance of multiple integrated project schedules for Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). Duties include, but not limited to, schedule status & briefings to work package owners and superintendents. Issue weekly and monthly metrics with baseline variance reports and generate look-ahead and management schedules. Progress: Responsible for progress/quantity tracking and analysis, developing and maintaining construction earned value progressing system (Milemarker) and developing progress/resource reports & curves by contract and discipline. Prepare progress sections for weekly & monthly Project Review presentations and reports. Assigned responsibility as a safety representative/auditor which requires taking frequent site walks to audit and promote site safety. Train junior project controls specialist the necessary skills to perform tasks mentioned above.
