Daily Duties at Superior Office Systems:
• Provide guidance and assistance to a team of seven junior technicians. • Train new and existing technicians on upgraded technology, repair methods and customer service and satisfaction skills. • Provide instruction to customers on the use of their new office technology through one-on-one sessions. • Maintain and foster relationships with long standing customers. • Manage multiple client accounts while working within budgetary constraints and maximizing cost efficiency.
