Lead business development activities for a telecom statup by creating and developing revenue growth plans and profitability in radio access network business. • Engaged in presales and RFI/RFP contract proposals for UMTS, LTE RF optimization services, LTE EF&I (installation, commissioning and integration) and Microwave radio deployment contracts. • Collaborated with multi-functional teams such as sales and engineering to develop end-to-end solutions which meet customer demand. • • Designed and customized RF telecom solutions for PTC system implementation for industry-leading railway clients for their radio network coverage and capacity needs. • Developed and maintained key customer relationships and partnerships with senior level management, technical and sales personnel. • Negotiated on partnerships, contracts and pricing decisions to capture and increase the economic value. • Managed account and project budgets, forecasted resources and reviewed sales teams quarterly targets and revenue projections. • Ensured goal alignment between client’s engineering and operations teams and company’s delivery teams and resources. • Addressed all key customer client communication, contract negotiations and commitments, project scope changes by engaging right resources to address those requirements. • Lead international assignments in the Middle-East and Asian markets to present radio network, microwave and EF&I solutions to client’s in the region. • Technically proficient in wireless technologies such as LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CDMA and implementing different services and solution offerings. • Used effective and superior communication skills to drive business process changes, change management and delivery across the organization.
