Daily Duties at Omniplan, Inc.:
Acted as project manager; oversaw team formation, allocation of affordable hours, facilitation and technical support of design work by team members, and presentation of status to top management and client at specified intervals. As an architect, I farmed my design and drafting skills out to my team, especially when deadlines approached or funding became scarce. Monitored the profitability index of each project, and acted proactively and innovatively to keep project delivery costs minimal. Oversaw the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure phases of each project; there were often multiple projects being managed simultaneously.
What they like about Omniplan, Inc.:
Organizations with strong, centralized leadership are particularly attractive to you. You require a work environment with leadership that aggressively seeks to expand and grow the business and does so in a visible and decisive manner. In general you prefer to work in an environment in which there is a strong link between leadership, its actions, and a strong set of company-wide values.
