Daily Duties at Avon:
Track Avon's sales representative performance, specially Spanish speaker and monitor orders and activity in representative's accounts. Support with motivational aspects including direct phone contact with sales representatives to advance and achieve campaign goals and to increase sales and avoid sales representative removals. Assist in solving sales representative's account payables and receivables accountings problems.
