Daily Duties at Macy's:
Greeting customers, cashier, handle money, and promote sales. Provide customer services answering inquiries and directed them to appropriate sales area and provided them with information concerning prices, shipping time and costs and solve customer's issues with merchandise or satisfaction with products and service plan for merchandise. Shipping and receiving merchandise including repairs, new products, return to vendor and others related high cost merchandize.
