Drove storage operations activities while overseeing a staff of 8 responsible for storage area network implementations, reclaims, on-call support and weekend migration activities. Managed personnel and resources to avoid issues. Performed data migration as required and storage infrastructure maintenance. Assisted in the execution of business continuance and disaster recovery initiatives.
