Daily Duties at Emc:
Directed operations related to managed services on a major American Express account. Oversaw a staff of 11 direct reports and five indirect reports and an account portfolio of $60M across 7.5 petabytes with 10+ concurrent projects. Accountable for all key functions in the areas of service delivery, data storage, internal processes, customer satisfaction, and execution of the business plan. Managed one off-shore and two on-shore shifts providing 24/7 operational support. Responsible for SLAs and OLAs and a team providing weekly and monthly SLA breach avoidance reports and operational activity reports. Provided technical oversight for all projects and programs and facilitated weekly operations meetings. Collaborated with pre-sales and delivery teams and interfaced directly with customers. Monitored expenses and purchases and developed resource assignments to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of services.
