Monitored study activities at site to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practies(GCP), standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Study Protocols’, and FDA/ICH regulations and guidelines, while mentoring and training associates in those practices for multiple projects, including a 20,000 person pharma study. Designed and implement data management and database systems for collection, storage, and analysis or both clinical and laboratory data sets. Collected, reviewed and corrected all clinical data to ensure quality, accuracy, and cleanliness of reported data, while ensuring a timely delivery of data reports and CRF and DCF queries. Maintained and reviewed regulatory File, to confirm conformity with Trial master File and reconciled any outstanding issues by updating or requesting essential documents. Provided regular and accurate clinical status updates to PI and team members during weekly reports and teleconferences. Ensured timely and accurate reporting of all Serious Adverse Events(SAE) while ensuring compliance and appropriate reporting to both CRO, IRB, and sponsor. Managed study and investigational product inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability of supplies, while maintaining adequate supplies on hand. Lead and Managed a large and multicultural team on several major pharmaceutical studies. Responsible for the daily management of the site and study, subject recruitment, CRF completion, clinical procedures, and the management and training of direct reports as part of a 20,000 person multi-site clinical study.
