Daily Duties at Siegel, O'connor, Zangari, O'donnell & Beck:

Primarily advised clients on employment related matters including employee discipline, reasonable accommodation, sexual harrassment investigations, FMLA, ERISA, Title VII matters, ADEA, ADA and other statutory compliance issues, handling of grievances through arbitration and reductions in force. Create, negotiate and interpret employment agreements, non-compete covenants, severance and separaton agreements, commercial contracts and employee handbooks. Counsel clients on hiring and termination issues and litigation avoidance. Handle all stages of litigation, including preparation of complaints, answers, various pre-and post trial motions, briefs, pretrial conferences, settlement negotations, and trial. Develop and deliver interactive presentations and training seminars focused on employment law to groups of management level employees. Contributing author and editor of quarterly newsletter, Law of the Workplace
