 Oversaw the recruitment process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions  Screened applications and resumes for appropriateness, interviewing, verification of information provided, salary negotiations, and making employment offers  Provided general human resources services including job related and personal counseling, oversight for the disciplinary and termination processes for assigned departments, and determination of compensation packages in consultation with line managers  Organized and led “how to find employment” sessions at selected high schools throughout New York City
