Data Center Administrator (installation and maintenance of Windows 2000-2003 and 2008 servers) • Experience with SQL and Oracle Server monitoring. (Create account, check space and alarm in data base, create maintenance to data base.) • Provide Support on troubleshooting for daily production/operational issues with all windows server in data center and production area. • Responsible of software implementation and new application upgrade • Provide management oversight for the Helpdesk Resource and Support i • Monitoring system backups, networking performance, I/O performance, and server performance. (Create issue report to all system and maintenance log to audit). • Experience working with vendor support, general troubleshooting.
