Responsible for accurate reporting of all incoming and outgoing call center statistics. Prepared and analyzed all written case presentations and claim reports for Medicare and Medicaid. During tenure at company also held other positions that included: Financial Counselor/Business Office January 1997-July 2002 Managed Business Office. Instructed and directed staff in gathering relevant financial dates in compliance with company deadlines. Processed Medicare and Medicaid claims for reimbursement. Medical Transcriber April 1995 to January 1997 Was responsible for preparation of medical records for chart review consistent with JCAHO and TITLE 22 standards. Secretary-Home Health Services August 1989 to April 1995 Planned, scheduled and administered on-site nurse staff scheduling coordinator. Verified and update hospital records. Processed Medicare and Medicaid claims Admitting Clerk September 1985 to August 1989 Interviewed patients regarding their medical coverage and accurately entered all relevant information into the company database.
