Responsibilities include account management and claims handling specific to client’s needs. Pending case load about 250. Negotiate and settle General Liability claims of various exposures. Manage litigated files. Take recorded interviews, make recommendations for settlement. Supervise and maintain company diary system. Attend settlement conferences with supervisors, account managers and attorneys. Supervise and maintain relationships with corresponding vendors.
