Daily Duties at Robert Half International Digital Insight:

• Reports for upper management - Daily reports for Open & Fund, Weekly status updates on Financial Institutions and monthly reconciliation reports. • Worked with JPM Chase when there were Credit/Debit issues and getting the accounts fixed. • Contacted Financial Institutions and spoke with upper management as they were the PM's and Assisted them in filling out pre-requisite forms for online banking. • Collected and reviewed the documents from the Financial Institutions and forwarded them on to our third party vendor for Implementation. • Processed ticket requests in our K2 system for employees who needed access to certain Applications, Password resets and token requests. • Worked in the data center and updated firewalls once a month to add/remove users. • Handled fraud reporting and created a database to house the information as well as create a Power Point presentation once a month for Senior Management and the auditors. • Created and updated Standard Operating Procedures, spreadsheets, reports, documents, and Handled any project that is given to me by anyone in Security, Open and Fund or Online Account Opening.
