Daily Duties at Wfg Lender Services:
Post wires and checks daily – Average about 2,000 wires per month. • Code and process invoices on a daily and or weekly basis. • Run weekly vendor reports for payment due & utilize VLOOKUP • Deposit checks through a Chase scanner as well as take checks to the bank for deposit • Void out tax or creditor checks when needed • Handle refund checks that come back from the counties due to overpayment • Work with Great Plains – adding vendors, check on payments, and run reports • Process credit card reconciliations and deal with Cash Management
