Daily Duties at Exel:

Responsible for overseeing the strategic account management of Fortune 100 manufacturers within the administrative area of distribution. Managed cross function relationships with Sales, Brokers, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Business Development, Finance, IT, and QA. Twenty years of contribution and supply chain logistics for consumer packaged goods and healthcare products within the retail and wholesale sectors. Customer service management supporting 50+ manufacturers on a regional and national level. Responsible for managing the administrative area of customer service, operations, transportation, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Selected to perform the role of Super User for the Northeast Region on the development and testing of Warehouse Management System, represented multiple warehouse operating sites in the region.• Liaison with business systems group in the development and testing of Warehouse Management System in support of administrative and operational system startups and system conversions. Implemented KPI and operational metrics to monitor performance provided by the customers business model. Experienced in business disciplines to include supply chain management, order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation. Supported the internal management teams and external supplier partners at all stages of implementation and launch. Created SOP and work process instructions as it relates to warehouse supply chain management activities according to organizational policy.
