Daily Duties at Med Assets:

National Account Customer Service Management representing 95 specialty hospitals within 25 states. Accountable for generating $6.5M in revenue by providing sales and customer support to healthcare providers and large integrated distribution network (IDN). Drove deep penetration through contract utilization for national accounts. Gathered information on total spend, wholesaler, and distributor purchases and analyzed data to secure contract optimization. Responsible for reviewing customer participation in group purchasing portfolio of products and identified opportunities to increase revenue market share, and decrease customers overall spend. Assisted with monitoring the customer’s purchasing budget valued at $36M in overall commodity purchases. Evaluated distributor network RFP resulting in $555K savings. Provided customer service, trend analysis, spend analytics, and contract administration for an average of 40K purchase order line items per month. Participated on customer committee teams to present value analysis, presented quarterly business reviews, and assess the overall supply chain initiatives including metholodgy and best practices to increase the overall profit margin. Participated as an active member of the spend management team by participating on committees and attending business summit conferences.
