I am presently responsible for designing of water based fire protection system, plumbing system, and Mechanical/HVAC system. I am also responsible for code consultation, review of design/shop drawings, performing inspections, preparing reports, and providing expediting services in NYC Dept. of Buildings, and NYC Fire Dept.
