 Responsible for managing and administering multi-million dollar projects in various City of Atlanta infrastructure projects  Prepared Bid Packages and participated in pre-bid and bid opening process  Estimated and created budgets and cost breakouts and prepared schedules for construction projects  Oversaw and managed budget and schedule throughout the life of projects  Prepared monthly requisitions to Project Owners for payments on projects, and processed monthly subcontractor requisition payments  Developed monthly construction project analysis reports  Created and implemented monthly cash flow analysis of managed projects  Planned, implemented, and overlooked major purchase activities  Developed contracts that standardized policies and reduced procurement costs  Established and negotiated long-term contracts with suppliers  Conducted thorough research to discover vendors that provided top-quality products at best rates and enhanced the consumer experience as well as increased profit margins  Obtained and analyzed delivery and production time for each supply to predict future availability  Performed site surveys and reviewed engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implemented solutions  Obtained and verified subcontractor’ and vendors’ lien waivers and insurance  Maintained contact with all parties involved regarding project status and coordinated as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement, and engineering  Performed quality assurance and performance evaluation throughout the project  Conducted daily operations and monitored and maintained overall schedule  Oversaw subcontractors, vendors and suppliers performing work on projects  Reviewed, recommended and approved construction change requests, on-site change orders and pay requests
