Directed repair and renovation of 57 fire stations throughout Iraq with a total contract value of $21 million. Construction project manager of a $38M contract for the construction of an Iraqi Police Service (IPS). Tasks included proposal generation, technical reviews, subcontractor management, and contract award kickoff meetings. Coordinated design and construction services for new buildings and facilities located adjacent to Shaibah Logistics Base in Basrah, Iraq. Managed construction and repair delivery order at Cannon AFB, New Mexico centered on paving repair and reconstruction. On Team to secure needed environmental permits (Toll Road Constructdion) by ensuring proper submittals in accordance with contract documents and regulatory requirements. Served as QA lead of the project mitigation plan, hazardous materials management plan, and project construction management plan.
