Daily Duties at Climate Reality Project:

Analyzed all accounts payable transactions that were incurred during the yearly project “24hrs of Reality” that occurs in early November. Reimbursed and ensured all expenses incurred were paid out to the vendors electronically Updated all information into Great Plains so all other finance officers could view information Allotted the time in which each employee spent in each department and the project from Jan – Nov 2012 Analyzed the time in which each employee spent in the departments against the allotted budgets
