Daily Duties at Scenic View Professional Landscape Services Inc. :
Responsibilities include being in charge of the overall operations of Retail business grossing up to $5,000,000 annually. Meet with Generals, Colonels, Civil Engineers, Business Owners, Home Owners, Property Managers and any and all other “In Charge” personnel in a daily basis to determine work to be accomplished. Computer design all new landscape proposals, grade designs, and landscape enhancement. Prioritize work according to regular schedule or urgency needs. Prepare an annual budget of labor and materials Estimate Proposals for new customers and up sell current customer projects. Inventory supplies and order as necessary. Research internet and company catalogues for products and availability. Evaluate items by quality and cost. Work with up to 40 vendors on a monthly basis. Negotiate prices, terms and delivery dates. Maintain expenditures with an established budget.
