Advised Military on cargo documentation systems and created policies and procedures for documenting international cargo movements. Offered guidance in preparing Hazardous Materials documents and conducting container and agriculture inspections in compliance with CFR 49, AFJM 24-204, and IMDG. Accurately estimated CHE and MHE (Container and Material Handling Equipment) requirements for base closure activities. Advised on Transportation assets reequired in support of Base Closure activities.
