Daily Duties at Serco Na Inc.:
Promoted to Lead Logistics Consultant for base closure program to include transportation and logistics planning management, supply chain management processes and procedures, maintenance and supply operations, facility management, equipment readiness, property accountability, and quality assurance / control. Directed a consulting team of Logistics Management Specialists and Property Analysts. Oversaw container management and shipping using Integrated Booking System (IBS). Advised staff on preparation of Hazardous Materials documents. Conducted container and agriculture inspections in compliance with CFR 49, AFJM 24-204, IMDG (International Maritime Danger Goods), and DTR (Defense Transportation Regulation) Part VI. Performed root cause analysis to identify defeciencies and negative impact to customers. Evaluated data and recommended corrective actions.
