Managed process for determining portfolio-eligibility of mortgage loan pools, processing of collateral through internal eligibility model, review of collateral, LEVELs model collateral evaluation, and QC sample selection. Produced early warning report, including analysis such as mortgage originations by product, with a focus on Alt-A, HELOCs, Closed End Seconds, Jumbo-A, and No Doc products, quarterly trends in mortgage loan pools purchased for the held for investment portfolio, trends in the held for investment portfolio using the S&P LEVELs model, and mortgage underwriting exceptions by product among mortgage originations and the mortgage loan pools purchased. Monitored mortgage underwriting policy changes to ensure held for investment portfolio loan eligibility model reflected current policies. Produced monthly summary of trends for the held for investment and total serviced mortgage portfolios. Created and distributed quarterly reports including analysis of high-level changes in mortgage product underwriting criteria, market delinquency comparisons, stress testing, scenario and concentration risk analysis, trend tracking, and performance monitoring to detect any credit risks within the held for investment, held for sale, total serviced and total origination mortgage portfolios.
