Performed and presented analysis at Risk Review meetings to high level executives on a quarterly basis. Directed entries for processing letter of credit loss payments and interest income for retained interests on manufactured housing securitizations. Conducted various analyses on the held for investment, held for sale, total serviced and origination mortgage portfolios, including trend analysis, stress testing, housing market analysis, concentration risk analysis, and characteristic and performance monitoring of various products sold and securitized in the secondary market.
