Achieved ranking of “Top 10” resort sports complex in U.S. Responsible for total operation of 40K sq. ft. multipurpose complex. Accomplishments included complete start-up, membership development, pro shop and retail sales, integrated programming with hospital, complete market analysis, departmentalization of staff, computerized manual accounting system, development of detailed job descriptions and coordinated relationships between hotel guests and club members.
