Daily Duties at Health Works Fitness Center:
VP responsible for development/construction for SHARE Foundation, an El Dorado based 501C3. Completed construction oversight for a $6MM in-patient Hospice facility, as well as a $6+MM expansion and renovation of HealthWorks. Responsible for coordinating extensive repairs from water damage to the Foundation’s headquarters and medical office complex. Solicited RFP’s, negotiated contracts, conducted construction meetings, performed daily audits and inspections, managed close-out documents all on time and within budget. Executive Director of HealthWorks Fitness Center, a 48,000 SF medically based health and fitness center in El Dorado, AR. HFC has been in operation since 2002 and currently has 5,000 members in a town of 18,883.
