Daily Duties at The Boeing Company:
•Supervised 10 production employees •Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality expectations •Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production status reports •Manage adherence to quality standards as prescribed by the applicable Perform assembly, functional checkout and validation of spacecraft experiments-and related systems on Flight and GSE hardware; including operations, maintenance and fabrication of on board panels and associated support equipment. •Supervised and performed operational checkout and assembly of spacecraft systems and associated support and checkout equipment to include developing and instituting new procedures or methods and being responsible for correctness, acceptability and documentation of work. •Developed, deployed, and maintained Technician manuals and work process for the fabrication, installation and testing of flight hardware as for the International Space Station and other aerospace applications. •Developed, deployed, and maintained Technician manual for Electronic (paperless) Work Order System using Citrix and Solumina data bases. •Safety Committee Chair and Safety Focal- preformed and documented hazard, risk, and safety requirements analyses; prepared and maintained company and legislative safety compliance documentation, developed prepared, and presented safety plans, briefings and employee seminars per company and customer direction.
