Daily Duties at Yulista Management Services:
•Manage schedules, budgets, and integration of products •Manage integration and production efforts for DoD projects/programs •Manage/Supervise 15 production employees •Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality expectations •Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production status reports •Manage adherence to quality standards as prescribed by the applicable processes and procedures •Conduct accurate and timely performance reviews for direct reports • Ensure continual process improvement (CPI) for quality improvement of product •Setup and maintain standard operating procedures of the integration lab •Track competencies of subordinates and provide training and leadership development •Interaction with top level management and upper military customer and officers •Customer interface for specifics related to DoD projects managed •Problem solving for issues that arise related to the DoD projects managed •Creating work packages for off-site facilities to produce products for the DoD projects managed
