Daily Duties at Open Door Mission:
• Opened multimillion dollar housing facility, coordinating furnishings and supplies, staffing, policy development • Manage leasing process for LIHTC property • Budgeting and financial management for facility. • Direct daily operation of facility and program for 96 residential units • Manage direct reports including House Supervisors, Case Managers, Family Support Staff • Prescreen and interview potential residents, oversee risk management and security, and utilize individual strengths based case management for all adult residents.
