Daily Duties at International Automotive Components:
Responsibilities include overseeing of scheduling processes within the plant in a complete JIT ordering environment, Directly involved in budgeting process for plant as well as Lean initiatives within the scheduling, transportation, bill of materials verifications and shipping functions of the business as well as maintaining production and shipping schedules. Reduced suppliers to a 3 day delivery schedule reducing 2 days out of delivery cycle while maintain or reducing costs. Responsible for $1.5 Million inventory budget for product line that was responsible for. I was also responsible for scheduling 23 injection molding presses and 4 assembly lines that involved 200 part numbers.
