Daily Duties at Siemens Business Services :
Directed testing groups in developing quality assurance and testing plans while creating Six Sigma-based processes for Network Operations Group (NOC) to meet customers’ Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Teamed with other Siemens organizations/customers in process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives.
