Daily Duties at Aaa Cooper Transportation:
Journal Entries - Journal Entries - create for 4 divisions Period/Year End Closing - Period/Year End Closing for 4 divisions Contract Reviews/Audits - Contract Reviews/Audits for 2 divisions. Auditing operation & invoicing to ensure contract compliance. Customer Account Audits - Administrative audits to ensure proper billing, collections, and operational reporting Account Implementations - Set-up of customer in all programs (invoicing, operational data capture, staff manager). Also create billing procedures/templates. Account Terminations - Inactivate customer in all programs. Ensure that everyone has completed billing, equipment relocations, ect. Revenue Reconciliation - weekly & period end basis OSHA 300 report yearly hours to safety department training - training of employees on new programs, processes Fleet Maintenance - oversee weekly invoicing, collections, and contract creation SharePoint - communicate permissions needed for various employees to SharePoint administrator create of new pages & dashboards
