(1992-1994) - New company startup and was responsible for as aspects of the company with the exception of finance. The company was operational in all departments and secured over $1 million in the first 6 months. (2010-2011)Primary responsibility was to develop and implement an effective sales team for national coverage to sell various medical transcription and document management solutions. This included new branding and marketing strategies to embrace the EMR/EHR technologies threatening to reduce transcription nationally increasing annual sales by $5 million.
