Served as a key member of the regional HR team. Counseled organizational leaders in employee relation’s issues, resulting effective conflict resolution. Facilitated the use of outsourced HR shared services for basic transactional HR needs to improve process, relationships and response time. Coached both leaders and employees in employee relations, performance management, team development, disciplinary matters and legal compliance. Also led the organizational development and training efforts for the division.
