Daily Duties at Accurate Billing & Consulting:

As President of ABCS I am responsible and accountable for direct over-site for operations management and all aspects of billing & collections for 18 long term care facilities and BPO operations. My responsibility is for overall performance of ABCS that includes financial goals, budgetary planning and accountability, revenue growth planning and execution, and expense control measures. I plan and manage client’s accounts by closely working with interdisciplinary team. The goal of our organization is to provide exceptional service. Responsible for creating contracts and developing business strategy and management plan. Establish strong mutual expectations for our client relationships. Develop and oversee marketing activities. Drives a high level of Client Satisfaction, Provides our clients with streamlined path for resolution of questions about their complex solution offerings. Executes on the plan to provide superlative, on-going services to clients, Embraces our valued client's business needs and successes. Responsible for due diligence and transition of new business. Directly work with offshore team on all aspects of billing & collections. Developed innovative program increasing the business Creating and articulating a compelling operations strategy. Ability to translate the strategy into specific actions. Seeking to identify and implement improvements to existing processes and procedures and taking timely action to correct and eliminate errors. Identifying and tracking key performance indicators to measure and track customers service/quality. Preparing budgets and ensuring that the team has necessary resources and effectively prioritizing work.
